Job Description:
|
LPN/RN to provide continuous or intermittent care for pediatric and adult patients in their homes.
|
| Education / License / Certifications: |
A two-year degree and minimum of 1 year experience required.
LPN or RN certification under Kansas State license, along with CPR certification, Driver's License (ID), and a physical within the last year. In addition, we provide assistance in obtaining any of the required certifications.
